Information we collect
When you submit an estimate request, we collect the name, phone number, email address, project address, and any project details you provide. The form submission is stored in our secure managed database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase). If you contact us by phone or text, we may also keep basic call and message records to follow up on your project.
How we use your information
We use the information only to respond to your inquiry, schedule an on-site measure, prepare an estimate, and follow up about your project. We do not sell your information and we do not send marketing email.
How long we keep it
Estimate requests are retained in our database for as long as your project is active plus a reasonable follow-up window (up to 24 months). You can request deletion at any time using the contact info below.
Sharing
We do not share your information with third parties, except with the vendors that run this website — our website host and our managed database provider — and as required by law. At present we do not send your details to any email marketing, CRM, or third-party lead-share service.
Cookies & analytics
We may use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages get visited. Analytics is only enabled when a measurement ID is configured for the site; when it is, GA4 uses standard cookies which you can disable in your browser at any time. We do not use advertising or retargeting cookies.
